She adores working with children of all ages. Upon receiving her Master’s Degree of Occupational Therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2008, she went on to work in various settings including, early childhood intervention, inpatient adult rehabilitation, and outpatient pediatric therapy. Through the years, she has sought to further her education in areas specific to her client’s (and own children’s) needs. She is an Advanced Mentored Clinician through the STAR Institute and has completed extensive coursework on Autism, Executive Function Skills, Interoception, and Vision.

Crystal is happily married and has three very vivacious daughters and one brilliant son who is on the Autism Spectrum. She is well versed in the importance of creating a healthy and stable family dynamic and understands the struggles that come with advocating for the needs of each child.

Jenny is the founder and owner of Little Light Pediatric Therapy and an East Texas native.

In just 5 years, Jenny earned her B.S.in Child Development and Master’s of Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. We think it was at that point that Jenny began her obsession with life-long learning and growing. In the most recent years, she has earned the STAR Proficiency Certification Level 1 in Sensory Processing Disorder, DIRFloortime® Basic Certificate, SOFFI certification, advanced training in the SOS Approach to Feeding for working with autistic children and tube-fed children, and ongoing education for trauma-informed care.

In 2021, Jenny was recognized as one of the one of the 40 under 40 most influential young leaders in the East Texas Community and then went on to be nationally recognized as one of the top 7 Remarkable Women with Nexstar Media in 2022.

Jenny is involved with Buckner International as a foster mom, so her family picture is always changing! She helps support local moms as a volunteer with Hope Mommies and also gives of her time as a volunteer photographer with Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep.

When she’s not at Little Light or volunteering, you’ll most likely find Jenny at home with her husband and kiddos, either cooking up something tasty, tinkering in the garden, or curled up under a fuzzy blanket with a good book

Danielle brings fun to the table at Little Light….literally!

As the team’s Speech Pathologist and rock-star Feeding Specialist, she is passionate about helping families bring peace and fun back to meal times. Her ability to connect with kids on their level is what makes speech therapy a blast for the kids she works with!

Danielle graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master of Science degree, as well! In her downtime, she loves listening to podcasts, shopping, and cheering on her Alma Mater!

Julie is the glue that keeps us all together these days!

As the office manager and care coordinator for Little Light. She has over 30 years of office administration experience and brings such a beautiful warmth and generosity to the team. She’s usually the first person you’ll speak with when you contact us and simply loves getting to know the children and families who come through our doors. Seeing them each week puts a smile on her face.

Julie and her husband have been married 44 years and live in Hallsville on a beautiful farm out in the country. They have a grown son and daughter and 3 grandsons. She enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends, especially at the lake!
